Sample Preparation for

Flow Cytometry

The quality of flow cytometry data depends heavily on the quality of the samples used. Many projects begin with cryopreserved immortal cells or peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs); however, cell subsets or biomarkers can be lost during cryopreservation.

Prep your samples with us to ensure quality data

  • We offer services to isolate peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from whole blood samples of various species, including humans, non-human primates (NHPs), mice, rabbits, and pigs.

  • Cells are then treated with the desired reagents and prepared for flow cytometry without cryopreservation to ensure minimal sample degradation.

  • Additionally, we provide services for maintaining cell lines and treating cultured cells for flow cytometry.
